Relevant Requirements:
Those parts are the spine of the REB. The Recovery Tube, made out of carbon fibers, is the outer tube (external diameter = 202 mm), whereas the Guiding Tube, made out of glass fibers, is the inner tube (external diameter = 160 mm) that holds the parachute.
The Cap closes the bottom of the guiding tube to witch it is glued. The hole is for the parachute ropes that are connected to the shockplate at the top of AVB. Some other holes for the avionics cables need to be included. It is 3D printed in Nylon.

The Centering Rings ensure the coaxiality of the Guiding and Recovery Tube and are glued to the Recovery Tube. They are 3D printed in plastic since they are not subject to any loads.
